Account Deletion

Kralis is a school management platform. Only schools can register directly through the School Onboarding page. There is no self-sign-up for individual students, teachers, deans, or parents.

• The school administrator account is created on onboarding.
• Student, teacher, dean, and parent accounts are created and managed by the school.
• Individual users do not own these institutional accounts.

Students, teachers, deans, and parents cannot independently delete their accounts because those accounts form part of the school's academic and administrative records.

• School members who want their account or associated data deleted should make the request directly to their school.
• Schools manage user access when a student graduates, transfers, or changes schools, or when a teacher, dean, or staff member leaves.
• The school may promote, transfer, deactivate, delete, or otherwise manage accounts and associated data according to its own policies.

Deleting a school account is different from deleting an individual consumer account. A school account may contain institutional data across multiple academic years, including:

• Student academic records and transcripts
• Attendance, assessments, and examination history
• Financial records and administrative history

The school owner can initiate an Account Migration / School Closure Request from the School Settings page. After the request is submitted, our team contacts the school to confirm how it wants to proceed, either:

• Exporting or migrating school data to another system
• Permanently deleting the institution and its records
• Securely retaining records for archival access when needed
